Latch products are handmade from scratch and are custom-made from every buyer's request. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns of items. However, an item can be replaced for the exact same type of item at once. We provide an exchange for regular priced item(s) within 10 days of the dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self-collection orders), within 20 days for international orders. For customised product(s) within 48 hours upon collection. This will be based on the following circumstances:
Incorrect bracelet size ordered
Poor bracelet quality
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered). Bracelets should be returned with the original packaging, free of damage.
