Replacement Policy

Latch products are handmade from scratch and are custom-made from every buyer's request. Unfortunately, we do not allow returns of items. However, an item can be replaced for the exact same type of item at once. ​We provide an exchange for regular priced item(s) within 10 days of the dispatched date for Singapore Orders (including self-collection orders), within 20 days for international orders. For customised product(s) within 48 hours upon collection. This will be based on the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect bracelet size ordered

  • Poor bracelet quality

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered). Bracelets should be returned with the original packaging, free of damage.
